The Next Level Global Hiring Process

60-Minute Initial Discovery Call

This initial conversation with Greg Doersching will serve to diagnose the immediate and future needs of your growing practice. In your initial call, we conduct a thorough exploration of the intricacies of your firm, how it operates and how hiring globally could help grow your business.

30-minute Search Assignment Call

Immediately following your Discovery call, the hiring team will speak with you about the desired background of prospective candidates including experience, education, skills, personality, expectations, roles, and responsibilities. Our team can provide a clear picture of what you can expect from this new global hire and how the hiring process will go.

Weekly Status Updates

Clients are provided with a weekly update that summarizes the number of candidates we’ve spoken with and outcomes of interviews. These updates, combined with a weekly status call, are designed to help provide you with numbers, statistics and analytics to diagnose what is and isn’t working in your search parameters and proactively figure out alternatives to secure the right talent for your team.

Presentation of Candidates

NLGH will present you with pre-qualified candidates that eliminate producers coming off of their desk to screen unqualified resumes. Presentations include a detailed summary of the candidate that focuses on your core areas of interest and their current resume.  The NLGH team will also act as a resource to coach you on the most desirable qualities and profiles managers should look for in their next hire.

Coaching Call & New Hire Roadmap

Once you have made a final decision on which candidate(s) you would like hire, we will schedule a 30-minute, in-depth coaching call with either Greg Doersching or Erin Bent to create an onboarding, training and expectation roadmap customized to your firm and your new global hire. This custom-built roadmap will be essential in helping you effectively train and implement your global employees.

Investment

The investment per NLGH search is $3,000. You will also receive access to all of NLGH’s proprietary Manager/Owner Guides and video library for working with International Distance-Based employees. The NLGH work will continue until the search is completed unless otherwise indicated by the Client.
